THE META-
MORPHOSIS OF THE
SILKWORM
This project deals with the rising demand on synthetic fibre fabrics and the increasing unemployment of silkworms in an ironic way. Therefore, silkworms decided to produce plastic to increase their relevance on the textile market. My project shows 6 cocoons of this new silkworm genus.
